I am a big fan of salads. They are definitely a healthier alternative to the things I’ve been craving this pregnancy. On the go, it’s harder to eat right, but McDonald’s is now helping with that. Their new premium salads feature a nutritious option for when you cannot eat at home.
Offering several flavors for the new salads, I’d say that McDonald’s has at least one that you will enjoy. The options include:
- Premium Bacon Ranch Salad with 0r without Grilled or Crispy Chicken
- Premium Caesar Salad with or without Grilled or Crispy Chicken
- Premium Southwest Salad with or without Grilled or Crispy Chicken
- Side Salad
I sometimes find it difficult to find a good Caesar salad when I’m in a hurry. Most fast food restaurants just don’t make them the way I like them. Now, I finally have a place to satisfy my hunger for them!
All of the new Premium Salads are piled with three cups of fresh veggies, with the side salad offering two cups of vegetables. With the crispy or grilled options, you can get your chicken just the way you like it. I prefer crispy, but I have been opting for grilled just to watch calories. Can’t gain too much baby weight!
