These S’more Marshmallow Pops will take you back to being a kid!
Remember sitting around the campfire, melting marshmallows to plop them between graham crackers with a stick of chocolate? I can remember making S’mores a lot as a kid, and today I bring you a new way to enjoy the treat.
Desserts are more fun on a stick these days and these sweet recipe is no exception. Read on to find out how to make S’mores Pops with your kids!
- 20 graham crackers
- 1 container of Kraft Marshamllow Fluff
- 1 12 oz package of Wilton chocolate melts
- Multi-colored sprinkled
- 10 Wilton candy sticks (located in the Wilton or candy making section at major retailers)
#1. Line a 1-2 baking sheets with parchment paper or foil (easy clean-up).
#2. Break each graham cracker sheet in half and spread marshmallow fluff onto one half.
#3. Lay a candy stick directly in the middle and repeat with the other graham cracker halves (see photo).
#4. Once 10 graham halves have marshallow fluff and a candy stick, give each one a top using the other graham cracker half.
#5. Place the baking sheet(s) in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to allow them to set.
#6. Pour the chocolate candy melts into a microwave safe dish. Heat in 30 second increments, stirring until melted. Allow to cool a few minutes prior to dipping the S’mores.
#7. Dip each S’more Pop one at a time in the chocolate. Use a spoon to help cover. I only covered half but you could easily cover the entire S’more Pop.
#8. Allow the excess melted chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
#9. Sprinkle with multi-colored sprinkles and lay on the baking sheet.
#10. Repeat with all the S’more Pops.
#11. Place in the fridge to allow the chocolate to completely set.
#13. Store in the fridge or a cool/dry place.
